NOTE: REVISED BALLOT
After review, it has been determined that a revised ballot is needed in order to have a more fair and equitable election process. Because all five candidates are parents of currently enrolled RHPCS students, all five are equally qualified for either Board Seat “A” (designated as a parent seat) or Board Seat “E” (designated as a parent or community member seat). On the original ballot, the candidates were randomly divided into the ballot categories for each of two seats. However, a more fair and beneficial process comes from grouping all the candidates together and allowing each stakeholder to vote for TWO of the candidates. During the ballot counting process, it will be determined which TWO candidates received the 1st and 2nd highest number of votes and then placement into each of the official seats will be made. Note: All original version ballots will be invalid and the Revised Ballot (10/11/18) needs to be the official ballot submitted by each stakeholder.
