Last week we informed you of missing data in Lumen from 2/14/2017 to 2/21/2017. It has affected the Lumen portal for grade book, food service, attendance, library, etc. One of the data servers malfunctioned, created another backup and all records were duplicated. Now that they have the server working, the Lumen program cannot recognize both sets of data, so the information must be migrated into one record. Lumen has confirmed that the data will be recover us. It is their number one priority, but it will take some time. The time frame to get this recovery accomplished is anticipated to be mid-March. I have talked with them and pressed them to get this done sooner, because our parents and students need accurate data to make decisions. I have asked for daily reports of the progress, until this is resolved.
