The Rolling Hills Charter School Elementary PE program will be participating in the Jump Rope for Heart program again this year and we hope to raise awareness/funding for the American Heart Association. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that your child will be bringing home a Jump Rope for Heart envelope today. This envelope will explain how donations can be collected in person or online. Students will be eligible to earn promotional prizes from the American Heart Association by collecting donations, but collecting donations is 100% OPTIONAL. All students will participate in the fun Jump Rope for Heart activities that are scheduled during their regular PE times next week, regardless of whether or not they collect donations. Ultimately, this is just a great way to help people with special heart needs and have fun while doing it!

Connor Lorenz, age 5. 5 Years Old Connor was born with a heart defect and needed two open-heart surgeries in the first 5 months of his life. By 10 months, he was placed on the heart transplant list, and luckily, received his donor heart within a week.
Our School's goal this year is $5,000 and the collection envelope will be due back to Mr. Dea by March 11th.
Thanks for all your support!
