We hope all families are able to attend as Mr. Lopez and our students have an incredible program prepared for you! Feel free to invite extended family members or others to join you for this festive evening of holiday performance.
Join us for dinner before the show! Dinner will be served from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. If you didn’t pre-order, dinner will still be available for purchase on site. Delicious apple wood grilled Hamburger meal $8 or Hot Dog meal $5 (includes chips & drink). Bottled water or dessert will also be available ala carte for $1 each. Proceeds from food purchases benefit the RHPCS music program.
I’m not sure, is my child in the show? All students in grades Kinder-5th are in musical numbers during the show. Middle school Choir and Orchestra students will also be performing, as well as a number of 6th grade students (they know who they are) who have been working on with our xylophones.
Students are asked to arrive by 6:30 p.m. for final program preparations and instructions. (If your child will be having dinner at the event, be sure to come early enough so they can eat and be ready for their call time). Upon arrival, students will be directed to specific rooms to meet up with classmates.
Performance Attire: Students are encouraged to dress up or wear holiday outfits for their performance. However, no special shopping trip is expected nor encouraged – school uniform is always appropriate.
The Holiday Concert program will begin at 7 p.m. in the church sanctuary. Throughout the program students will be on stage and then head back to their waiting areas… no need to save a spot for them near you.
We look forward to seeing you there! Remember, Mr. Lopez has sweetened the deal for participation and attendance. All students who participate and/or attend the holiday concert will earn a FREE Dress Day for Friday December 7.
