Fri., Apr. 1 – Roaring Readers Program Charts are due - If your child has been reading to earn a FREE day pass to Roaring Springs Waterpark, signed Roaring Reader Program Student Charts need to be turned in to the school office by 4/1. Dress code shorts are OK to wear for school beginning 4/1. Report cards to go home with students today. Please be sure to look for your child’s report card on Friday so that you can review and talk about it together and celebrate successes.

Thurs. Apr. 7 – Open House for Prospective Families 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Invite others to come see what makes Rolling Hills one of the top rated K-8th schools in the Treasure Valley. They will meet our Administrator, teachers and staff, see our school facility and classrooms, and have the opportunity to talk to current Rolling Hills’ families. RHPCS Track Team participates in Track Meet at Timberline High School, 3:30 p.m. start.

Thurs. May 19 – “Some Like It HOT!” RHPCS Year End Music Program and Volunteer Appreciation Assembly at 1pm in the RHPCS gym. Parents and families are encouraged to attend to hear samples of the music our students have been learning throughout the year and as we celebrate our incredible volunteers.

Sat. May 21 – 5th Grade Service Learning Project Finale – JDRF One Walk at Kleiner Park in Meridian 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. All Rolling Hills students and families are invited to walk with the RHPCS team. JDRF One Walk® has a single goal: creating a world without type 1 diabetes (T1D). We hope you'll join us this year as the RHPCS 5th grade class walks and raises money for life-changing research for the millions affected by this devastating disease.

Camp Invention Summer Camp at Rolling Hills, June 20-24, 2016 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. For children entering 1st – 6th grades. Innovation, creative problem-solving and teamwork are important at Camp Invention. Young innovators will spend their time: brainstorming, exploring, constructing and personalizing, and discovering. This year’s all new curriculum will be led by experienced local educators and is full of exciting activities and take-home items to keep the fun going all year long. Back Gate Studio’s Summer Art Camp at Rolling Hills, July 11-15, 2016 9:30 a.m – 12:00 p.m. For children ages 6- 14. Experience: drawing, watercolor, acrylic on canvas, food art, collage, print making, sidewalk chalk art, and textile art. Children will develop their creative skills, learn new techniques, build self-esteem, and stimulate their imaginations as they express themselves through art.
